Saving the Dams

Washington’s dams play a crucial role in our state’s energy infrastructure and provide our communities with clean, affordable, and renewable energy. However, that hasn’t stopped Governor Inslee from doing everything in his power to bring them down.

Dan Newhouse understands just how important Washington’s dams are, which is why he's consistently been one of their top defenders. Dan has been putting in the work to educate Washington on the importance of our dams, introduced legislation to protect them, and called together communities to ensure everyone’s voice is heard.

The Snake River Dams are integral to Washington’s flood control, navigation, irrigation, agriculture, and recreation, and Dan Newhouse will not let them be breached.
